i thought this would be one of those "oh im not the main character but i end up dating one of them anyways heehee!" plotlines but, coming from a gay man, ...this is so cringe wth...mid art, mid VA, story (if you could even call it that lol) is actually atrocious...like seriously whats the deal with "omg two boys who seemingly have zero chemistry other than the fact they can recognize each others faces like everyone else on the planet can do omgomg!! they should 100% date and be thrown in sexually implicit scenarios solely because theyre both boys!!" like youre not even trying to hide this weird fetish lmao...if anyone over the age of 10 proudly calls themselves a fujo i already know you got 0 friends, 0 social life, and absolutely 0 father...

even aside from all the weird shit the voice acting it straight up awful...the teacher was soo agonizingly slow and that ginger twink kid was so hard to listen to cuz his voice was so overly squeaky and annoying..and the lines would just randomly cut in the middle of dialogue for some reason??? like someone would be taking normally but a random syllable wouldnt be audible but the line just continues like nothing happened??? also sometimes a consistently voiced character would just..not..say their line??? i dont think danny said mostly anything during the last bit for some reason. the game isnt visually appealing either honestly, every character has one extremely boring and undynamic pose for the whole game. the art is so bland its hard to even tell the characters ages, the girl in her 40s looks younger than the guy in his 20s...even the characters with interesting designs look boring cuz of the uniform too... like madalena's white hair and red eyes would make for a genuinely pleasant character design if she didnt get stuffed in a basic white button up...plain black bow tie... orange jacket with a totally different color than her eyes...just the most basic thing that couldve possibly been cooked up for her, even a more red undertone for the jacket wouldve done wonders. i get its a uniform but theres so many cooler options that couldve been picked out to give some uniqueness to the characters. danny seems to have gotten the best treatment in this regard since his hair style is definitely his own and not too basic but its also not some flashy color which makes him look more real to the games universe, though him being a more "delinquent" type of character with a perfectly clean uniform and perfectly straight and set tie all week while peter seems like the opposite but with a messed up shirt seems like..an interesting choice.....

overall, this game kinda sucks in terms of plot, sorta seems like it was written by a straight girl first discovering what a gay person is and trying wayyyyyyyy too hard to seem supportive so it just comes off fetish-y, and doesnt help itself with the voice acting and art...which is kinda important considering this is a VISUAL novel and you have to stare at it the whole game
